Format of Delivery
Workshops can be delivered online or in person anywhere in the UK and are typically offered as half-day or full-day sessions. Sessions are interactive and combine presentations, discussion, neuroscience research and reflective activities to maximise engagement and learning. While workshops can be delivered as standalone events, they are often most effective when delivered as part of a wider wellbeing, leadership or organisational development programme. For the best learning experience, group sizes of 12-20 participants work particularly well, allowing for meaningful discussion, reflection and practical application.
Tailored to Your Organisation
Every workshop can be tailored to reflect your organisation's values, culture and objectives. Whether you're looking to support wellbeing, develop leadership capability, improve neurodiversity awareness or strengthen team resilience, content can be adapted to ensure it is relevant, engaging and aligned with the unique needs of your people.
