Why the Network Is Being Created
As Rewired Brain continues to grow, we are developing a trusted network of associate practitioners who share our commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, neuroscience-informed and strengths-based practice. By bringing together like-minded professionals, we can ensure more individuals have access to high-quality support while maintaining the warmth, integrity and personalised approach that define Rewired Brain.
Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for experienced qualified counsellors, therapists and coaches who are passionate about neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practice. We welcome practitioners from a range of professional backgrounds and specialisms who are committed to ethical working, lifelong learning and supporting neurodivergent individuals with curiosity, compassion and respect.
Experience working with ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout or other neurodivergent experiences is valued, but shared values are just as important as specialist knowledge. Above all, we're interested in practitioners who are committed to improving outcomes for neurodivergent people, families and workplaces

The Rewired Brain Associate Practitioner Network is built on a shared commitment to providing high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming support. We believe that neurological differences should be understood, respected and valued, and that every individual deserves support that recognises their strengths as well as their challenges. Each Associate should demonstrate having an Evidence-Informed Practice through combining their professional expertise with current knowledge from neuroscience, psychology and related disciplines to support meaningful and lasting change.
What Being an Associate Involves
Associates work independently, seeing clients referred through Rewired Brain under their own practice and terms, while staying connected to a small, supportive community of like-minded practitioners. There's no obligation to take on more than feels right, referrals are offered as they arise, and you decide what fits your caseload. Occasional peer check-ins and shared resources help keep everyone connected without adding pressure.

If you are a therapist/counsellor then yes, we ask that all associates hold registration with BACP or an equivalent recognised professional body, along with appropriate insurance and supervision
As part of the Rewired Brain Associate Practitioner Network, members may be considered for referrals that align with their qualifications, experience and areas of expertise. While referrals cannot be guaranteed, we are committed to matching enquiries with the practitioner best placed to meet the individual's needs, ensuring clients receive high-quality, specialist support.
No. Associate Practitioners are not employees of Rewired Brain. The Associate Network is designed for self-employed practitioners who run their own independent practice while benefiting from being part of a trusted, neurodiversity-affirming professional community.
Associates remain responsible for their own professional registration, insurance, supervision, tax arrangements and client work. Membership provides opportunities for collaboration, networking, professional development and potential referrals, but it does not create an employment relationship with Rewired Brain. Referrals may be offered where there is a good match between a practitioner's expertise and a client's needs, although referrals cannot be guaranteed.
If you're interested in joining the Rewired Brain Practitioner Network, the first step is to get in touch and arrange an informal conversation. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about your professional background, areas of expertise and approach to practice, whilst giving you the chance to ask questions about the network.
If there appears to be a good fit, you'll be invited to take part in a suitability assessment to explore alignment with the values, standards and neurodiversity-affirming ethos of Rewired Brain. Our aim is to build a trusted community of practitioners who share a commitment to ethical practice, ongoing learning and meaningful client outcomes.
Yes. The Rewired Brain Practitioner Network operates on a monthly subscription basis. Membership is designed to support practitioners who are committed to ongoing learning, neurodiversity-affirming practice and professional collaboration.
Your membership fee helps fund a range of benefits, including a profile on the Rewired Brain website, networking opportunities, peer support, monthly group supervision, CPD activities and access to referral opportunities. While referrals cannot be guaranteed, members receive priority consideration for enquiries that align with their qualifications, experience and areas of expertise.
The focus of the network is not simply on generating referrals, but on creating a trusted community of practitioners who support one another's growth while delivering high-quality, neuroaffirmative services to individuals, families and organisations.
