When Anxiety Starts to Take Over
You might recognise some of these, you don't need to tick every box for support to help.
Who I Support
I support individuals whose lives are being impacted by anxiety, whether that shows up as constant worry, overthinking, self-doubt, panic, people-pleasing, burnout or a persistent feeling of being "on edge". Together, we'll explore the underlying causes of your anxiety, develop self-compassion and build practical strategies to help you feel calmer, more confident and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
Anxiety and Neurodivergence
For many neurodivergent people, anxiety is driven by a nervous system that has spent years managing sensory overwhelm, uncertainty, masking and demands that don't align with how their brain works.Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, reduce self-criticism and develop practical strategies that support confidence, wellbeing and lasting change.

Our Work Together
How We Can Work Together
Using a collaborative, neuroscience-informed approach, we'll explore what is driving your anxiety and how your brain and nervous system respond to stress, uncertainty and overwhelm. By understanding these patterns, we can develop practical, personalised strategies that support emotional regulation, reduce self-criticism and help you feel more confident, resilient and in control.

Introducing Our Founder
Why Work With Nik
I'm a neuroscience-informed practitioner, coach, counsellor and clinical supervisor with a Master's degree in Applied Neuroscience, and a graduate member of both the British Psychological Society and the British Neuroscience Association. I specialise in helping people make sense of anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence and the challenges that can arise when life feels overwhelming or out of sync.
My approach combines neuroscience, coaching, counselling and psychoeducation to help you understand how your brain and nervous system work, recognise your strengths and develop practical strategies for lasting change. I believe that when people understand themselves with greater compassion and clarity, they are better able to overcome challenges, build confidence and thrive. Supporting people to create meaningful change and live more fulfilling lives is at the heart of everything I do.
