Neuroscience-Informed Care
Understanding ADHD Differently
ADHD is not a deficit to be fixed but a different way of processing attention, motivation, emotion and dopamine. Combining neuroscience, counselling and coaching, I help you understand how your ADHD brain works, build on your strengths and develop practical strategies that fit your life. Together, we'll move beyond self-criticism and create approaches that work with your brain, not against it.
Who This Support Is For
This support is for adults experiencing overwhelm, burnout, focus or motivation challenges, as well as anyone who is newly diagnosed, self-identifying or exploring whether ADHD may be part of their story. It is also suitable for parents, partners and family members who want to better understand and support a loved one with ADHD. Together, we'll build understanding, confidence and practical strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
How I Can Support You
Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, reduce self-criticism and develop personalised strategies that work with your brain, helping you build confidence, resilience and lasting change.

A Practical, Often-Overlooked Topic
Funding Options and or Multi-agency Approach
Rewired Brain support can be funded in a variety of ways, including self-funding, Access to Work, employer sponsorship and funding through charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs) and other grant-funded organisations. Rewired Brain can invoice individuals or organisations directly for coaching, counselling, supervision and neurodiversity support. We regularly work with employers, educational settings, charities and community organisations that wish to invest in the wellbeing, development and success of the people they support. Flexible invoicing arrangements are available, making it easier to access tailored, neuroaffirmative support regardless of how funding is sourced.

Why Work With Nik
I'm a professionally qualified counsellor (MBACP) with a master's degree in Applied Neuroscience (MSc, King's College London), and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and British Neuroscience Association. From my office in Truro, I specialise in counselling for anxiety and neurodivergence, including ADHD.
With an understanding of the brain's workings and their impact on emotional wellbeing, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experience, develop effective strategies, and feel truly understood.
